The cluster-based premix model enables small business owners and vendors to prepare and sell nutritious drinks at pocket-friendly prices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to develop long-term business strategies, market positioning, and growth roadmaps.
  • Innovation & Growth: Develop new product lines, pricing models, and distribution channels.
  • Business Development: Establish strong vendor/dealer networks and franchise partnerships.
  • Opportunity Identification: Find new clusters, B2B tie-ups, and retail opportunities.
  • Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee procurement of millets and raw materials.
  • System Establishment: Set up scalable production and distribution systems for premix packs.
  • Marketing & Branding: Create a strong brand presence through digital marketing, on-ground campaigns, and mobile van branding.
  • Community Building: Engage with communities promoting healthy, desi lifestyle drinks.
  • Finance & Fundraising: Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.
  • Investor Relations: Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts for scaling.
Ideal Candidate
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong background in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Startup Ecosystem.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end operations (supply chain, vendor management, sales, branding).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and Indian traditional foods.
  • Network with investors, distributors, or food industry stakeholders is a plus.
