**Category Growth Manager Role**

This key position focuses on driving the growth and development of a specific category within our organization. The Category Growth Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling this category, including onboarding new brands, launching them across various channels, and managing their end-to-end lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Catgrowth: Lead and scale the Toys category by partnering with global brands to launch them across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
  • Brand Mgmt: Manage the brand lifecycle for global brands, ensuring they achieve success in international markets.
  • Portfolio Curator: Build and manage a curated portfolio of exclusive brands within the Toys category.
  • Growth Driver: Drive brand growth through assortment expansion, optimize underperforming SKUs, iterate packaging, content, and supply chain, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance.
  • Omnichannel Presence: Contribute to a robust omnichannel presence across Ecommerce and offline channels as feasible.
  • Profitability Scalability: Drive profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the Toys category preferred.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks specific to Toys.
  • Expertise in selling on marketplaces and retail: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
  • Proven record of collaboration across functions, including brand, operations, tech, and analytics.
