Data Analyst
This role will support the generation of high-standard service delivery and achievement of successful outcomes for clients.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with global regions on the rollout of internal systems, capture data, and share knowledge across projects to enhance innovation and reinforce our reputation as a preferred service provider.
- Support in generating high-standard service delivery
- Assist in achieving successful outcomes for clients
Capture, organize, store, and analyze data for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
Manage large amounts of data in Excel
Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
Contribute to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data
Perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
- Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have experience in data analysis and data management
- Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites
- Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
- SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
- Attention to details
- Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial
- Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
- Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
- Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
- Excellent English communication skills
