Job Title: Data Analyst (6+ Years) in BFSI

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to collaborate with a leading player in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate brings strong domain expertise in loans and retail banking, along with hands-on skills in SQL, reporting, and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics.
  • Strong loans / retail banking domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
