Deliver exceptional administrative support to the Chairman of SATS India in a dynamic environment. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of the SATS India team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of the organization.

You will be required to provide a full range of office secretarial & admin support to the Chairman and his team, including handling inbound calls, inquiries, and meeting rooms. You will also be responsible for handling travel arrangements, expense claims, and coordinating meetings/facilities bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman and his team
  • Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with miscellaneous admin functions and ad-hoc research assignments
  • Maintain internal systems and confidential information

As the Chairman's representative and ambassador to external constituents, you will play a critical role in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for processing and maintaining duty travel expenses for the Chairman.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a personal assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in handling office admin activities
  • Understanding of MS Office suite
  • Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
