Sales Planning Team Lead

Drive business growth by supporting the sales team in leveraging digital tools and processes to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process automation solutions to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Create and manage digital enablers to facilitate last-mile communication and improve sales productivity.
  • Apply AI capabilities to support daily sales activities, including sales planning, market mapping, and query resolution.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of TAB for Liability Sales resources.
  • Coordinate with CO for STP on TAB for all products.
  • Establish processes for TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs.

  • Graduation from a recognized institute.
