Sales Planning Team Lead

The Sales Planning Team at Axis Bank is responsible for driving sales business by supporting the sales team through leveraging technology to increase product/process knowledge among sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process automation to ensure smooth business operation.
- Create and manage digital enablers to enable last-mile communication.
- Utilize AI to enhance daily sales activities such as sales planning, market mapping, and query resolution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of TAB for all resources in Liability Sales.
- Coordinate with CO for STP on TAB for all products.
- Develop processes around TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs.
Qualifications:

- Graduation from a recognized institute.
