We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor new sales team members, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance.
- Solve customer complaints and answer queries, providing guidance to team members on how to meet customer requirements.
- Write reports for the Regional Manager, highlighting sales revenue, team performance, and future plans.
- Assist team members in selling products and services, maximizing sales revenue.
- Provide constructive feedback and help team members solve customer problems and queries.
