Sales Planning Team Lead

The Sales Planning Team Lead will drive the sales business of the bank by supporting the sales team and leveraging technology to increase product and process knowledge among Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for process automation to ensure smooth business operation
- Create and manage digital enablers to enable last mile communication
- Responsible for leveraging AI to enable resources in daily sales activities such as sales planning, market mapping and using chatbots for query resolution
- Ensure smooth functioning of TAB for all resources in Liability Sales
- Coordinate with CO for STP on TAB for all products
- Create process around TAB allocation for new SEs and handover from resigned SEs
Qualifications:

- Graduation from a recognized institute
