About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through research and identify potential clients in various sectors.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calling and email outreach.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored IT solutions to meet clients' business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations via web conferencing tools.
- Develop proposals and quotes for clients in collaboration with technical teams.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our IT solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
