We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
  • Manage payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize your experience of training and development to create engaging programs that meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide support for overall plant and corporate HR functions, including liaisoning with local authorities and departments.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, and development skills, with the ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment.
