As an Agile Project Manager, you will lead software development projects from initiation to completion. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies across projects in web application and mobile application development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

Anchoring Scrum Teams is crucial for project success. Ensure sprint ceremonies are conducted according to defined agile methodologies.


Project Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Develop project plans and timelines. Execute projects according to agile methodologies for timely delivery.

Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to team members. Encourage productivity and efficiency within the team.

Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues impacting project timelines or quality.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and product quality.


Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenses for efficient use of resources. Understand client needs and expectations for aligned project outcomes.


Additional responsibilities as assigned. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) is required. 10 years of overall experience is needed. At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager is preferred.


Knowledge of agile methodologies and strong leadership skills are necessary. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory. Experience working as an Agile Project Manager is beneficial. Proficiency in project management tools and software is required.


Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities is essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities are also necessary.
