
Director of Franchise Business Expansion

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to set up our business development vertical.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various business models, including COCO, COFO, FOCO, and FOFO.
They will also possess knowledge of competition business models and franchisee policies.
Key responsibilities include adapting to franchisee sourcing through direct visits, digital adds, and other channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of brokers and market intermediaries, as well as expertise in current market rentals.
Team management experience is also essential, with the ability to handle 1 or 2 team members effectively.
Additionally, the candidate should have a thorough understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and be able to create an annual Business Development plan.
Geographical knowledge of Southern markets is also required, with the ability to drive NSO (New Store Opening) profitability.
Finally, the candidate must be willing to work in a startup environment and demonstrate a startup mindset.
