Environmental Consents Team Lead Position

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our UK-based business operations. Direct liaison with Environmental Consent business directors is expected, including commercial management and reporting responsibilities, as well as workload forecasting and planning of resources for your team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Consents team in the Earth & Environment discipline in UK iCRC, providing leadership skill, team management, and project management expertise.
  • Act as the face of the India-based Environmental Consent team, representing the interests of the team and providing consultancy services at a high level to clients.
  • Have a proven track record of leadership of projects and teams, with excellent commercial skills and accountability, driving commercial excellence within their projects and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, internal client handling, interpersonal skills, and listening skills, with the ability to influence and interact with people.
  • Technical manager with management acumen and strong leadership skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • UK experience, open-minded, and intellectually agile, with a hard-working self-starter mentality and ability to work within a team environment.
