Job Title Sustainability and Social Impact Manager ESG Environmental Social and Governance and CSR Corporate Social Responsibility Location Noida Job Type Full-time About the Role The Sustainability and Social Impact Manager will lead the development implementation and management of the company s environmental social and governance strategies and corporate social responsibility initiatives Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company s ESG strategy ensuring alignment with overall business goals and compliance with regulations Monitor and report ESG performance metrics including carbon footprint diversity and inclusion efforts and governance practices Plan execute and oversee CSR programs focused on community development environmental conservation and other social causes Build partnerships with non-profit organizations community groups and stakeholders to enhance CSR efforts Track and report the outcomes and impact of CSR initiatives preparing presentations for stakeholders and leadership Identify potential ESG risks and opportunities developing action plans to mitigate risks and enhance the companys ESG profile Drive continuous improvement of the ESG and CSR programs by evaluating effectiveness gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments Requirements Masters degree in environmental science Social Work Sustainability or MBA in rural Administration Post Graduate from IRMA IIFM XISS etc are preferable Experience working with financial institution with a focus on sustainability and social impact 2 years of experience in ESG CSR sustainability or related roles preferably in financial institution Strong understanding of ESG and CSR principles frameworks and reporting standards Experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related to ESG and CSR Excellent report writing skills analytical skills and a bend towards social impact initiatives
