Sustainability Solutions Specialist

The role of ESG Associate is pivotal in supporting our team in delivering high-quality sustainability solutions that align with global standards and frameworks.
Key responsibilities include assisting in ESG data collection, processing, and reporting aligned with established frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, SASB, and TCFD. This entails collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Additional tasks involve performing research and benchmarking for materiality assessments and ESG KPIs, preparing sustainability reports and client presentations, contributing to life cycle assessments (LCA) and supply chain sustainability analysis, and tracking ESG regulations, disclosure requirements, and emerging trends.
Requirements and Qualifications- A postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with GHG Protocol, GRI Standards, Net Zero concepts, and carbon markets is essential.
- Strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment are all highly valued.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and climate action is also considered an asset.
