Job Description:

The Senior Executive – Demand Generation will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS HR platform. This role focuses on developing demand through targeted sales-oriented strategies, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns via email, , webinars, and digital ads to generate sales-ready leads.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to prioritize leads and ensure smooth handoff for closing.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the execution of campaigns, including content creation and outreach strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and optimize lead flow and ensure effective qualification and handoff to sales.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Reach out and engage with senior stakeholders at CXO positions at client organizations to drive strategic relationships and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or sales development, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, reaching out, and engaging with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level positions, at client organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Experience with digital channels (, email, paid media) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills.
