Job Description:

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce, sales, and business development. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive growth across multiple functions. Your strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills will enable you to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, vendors, and partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, economics)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on location and experience.
