As an Assistant Manager, Commercial Experience Service Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing teams, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Execution
- Guarantee that customer service execution is aligned with our business objectives.
- Team Management
- Manage a team of Senior and Junior customer service colleagues to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously improve service levels in cooperation with internal teams and other parts of the business.
- Crisis Management
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution with market collaborators.
- Qualifications and Experience
- Solid English language skills (company language).
- 7+ years of Customer Service or Supply experience.
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Able to negotiate and persuade clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
