Job Title: Client Engagement Associate - Research

Job Description

As a Client Engagement Associate - Research, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and positioning our research and consulting solutions to meet their needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries, and work collaboratively with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
