Collections Function Overview

CBSI India Pvt Ltd seeks a highly skilled International Collections Specialist to join our team in Operations Gurgaon, India.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a face of Carrier for the customer and act as the liaison between customers and several departments of CBSI India Pvt Ltd.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining and managing customer accounts and ensuring a smooth inflow of cash on past due invoices.
  • Key activities include contacting customers via calls and emails, sending out invoices and requesting payment, resolving customer complaints and disputes, and researching account discrepancies.
  • Additional duties include processing credit card payments, arranging for payments to bring accounts current, and monitoring customer account details for non-payments and irregularities.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining call logs and expected payment dates, documenting collections notes in the Billing System, and forecasting cash collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues.

Work Schedule and Benefits

  • The role requires working on a 5-day schedule, with options for two different US shifts: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am and 6.30 pm to 3.30 am.
