Our company is seeking a Customer Support Team Lead to oversee and optimize the support operations, leading and managing the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional support and technical assistance to our customers.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of support professionals to achieve performance goals.
- They will be responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture within the support team, providing technical guidance to the support team and customers.
- They will also be expected to identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues efficiently, implementing proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.
The Customer Support Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing and optimising the support operations. They will lead and manage the Customer Support team, focusing on delivering exceptional support and technical assistance to our customers.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Support for a B2B SaaS platform company
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
