At Gemni, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage customer interactions, process customer accounts, and generate sales leads. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating between our organization and customers, as well as building trust and open communication with our client base.
- Manage customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Generate sales leads and coordinate with customers
- Build trust and open communication with customers
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, fluency in English (verbal and written), and proficiency in MS Office.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer support or marketing, strong phone contact handling skills, and knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position that requires working within an 8 km radius from our office in Visakhapatnam, India.
