Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and action Passenger Name Records (PNRs).
  2. Issue refunds, air tickets, drive hotel & car invoices, and ensure sound knowledge of GDS – Sabre.
  3. Read and interpret fare rules in GDS, fare sheets, and apply the same while issuing tickets.
  4. Action PNRs and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
  5. Understand the travel business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  6. Be result-oriented and resolve queries from markets.
  7. Be a self-starter and quick learner with ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry. Degree/Diploma in Travel - Air Fares & Ticketing required.

  1. Ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines, policies related to the business area.
  2. Maintain excellent quality along with high productivity.
  3. Understand and consistently exceed customer expectations while ensuring effective teamwork.
  4. Have an eye for detail with high focus on quality and controls.
  5. Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment with knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel, and multi-tasking and effective time management skills.
