Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive our global expansion efforts and lead our sales team in international markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base globally and helping businesses leverage the benefits of instant delivery to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve international sales targets by identifying and nurturing business relationships across multiple regions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our flash delivery platform to prospective clients, showcasing how it can enhance their business logistics and delivery capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and insights on optimizing their use of the platform to boost business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client feedback and implement continuous improvements to the product and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in team management and international sales, with a strong record of driving B2B sales in industries such as SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • A demonstrated ability to build relationships with global clients and close sales deals in different markets.
  • A thorough understanding of technology platforms and their application in business operations, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to potential customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and regional differences.
  • A highly motivated and result-driven mindset, eager to expand business growth in new international markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Compensation

The competitive salary for this role is $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and international experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
