A Senior Professional to Manage Motor Garage Network

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our motor garage and surveyor network. As a critical function within the team, this role is dedicated to providing efficient and customer-centric claims services for all motor insurance policyholders.
About the TeamThe Motor Claims team works collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless and rapid claims processes. We are committed to delivering exceptional service while minimizing loss and upholding quality standards.
About the RoleAs a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing top-quality garages and surveyors, leading commercial negotiations, and defining competitive rate cards and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end partner ecosystem, including identifying, vetting, and empanelling top-quality garages and surveyors.
- Lead commercial negotiations, define competitive rate cards and SLAs, and build strong, long-term partner relationships.
- Oversee the coordination between customers, surveyors, and garages, ensuring a seamless and rapid claims process.
- Monitor key metrics (TAT, quality, cost) and drive service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, automobile parts, repair processes, vehicle damage assessment, and repair cost estimation. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and negotiation abilities.
