As a sales professional, you play a pivotal role in driving business growth through customer engagement and satisfaction. We're seeking an Inside Sales Associate to spearhead our efforts in converting leads into loyal users.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging product demos, timely follow-up procedures, and seamless onboarding processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations via video conferencing platforms, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and effectively addressing queries.
  • Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing strategic follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to product utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 Years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and manage interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, driven by targets and motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers.
  • Fluency in Hindi is essential.
