Business Growth Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Champion to spearhead our sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Take ownership of acquiring new clients using various outreach channels, including email, phone calls, and networking events.
    • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with multiple opportunities.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:
    • Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identifying business pain points, tailoring pitches to their needs, and building long-term trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
    • Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels (cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Experience: Worked with international clients.
