
Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our bancassurance business development efforts in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with key personnel across bank branches, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and bank staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall bancassurance business strategy and execution in the assigned territory through bank branches
- Lead a team of relationship managers and drive achievement of individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel across bank branches
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct regular branch visits and joint customer calls with bank staff to identify new business opportunities
- Provide product training, sales tools, and motivation to the team and bank partners to enhance insurance penetration
- Analyze sales performance and prepare timely MIS/reports for management review
- Minimum 6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the bancassurance channel
- At least 2-3 years of team handling experience and bank relationship management
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred
