Product Expertise Opportunity

We seek an experienced Product Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging product training sessions for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality training content that simplifies complex product knowledge into easy-to-understand language.
  • Design and deliver effective product training sessions, workshops, webinars, and on-site demonstrations.
  • Create detailed training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and FAQs.
  • Regularly update training content to reflect new product launches and market trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Provide product expertise to support sales conversions and resolve customer queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in product training, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi as a regional language (a plus).
  • Ability to simplify technical product knowledge into engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site trainings as required.
