Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our organization as a Product Expert. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product training and education, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.

The role requires a high level of technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of skincare, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, both on-site and online, to ensure that sales teams, distributors, and retail partners have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized training sessions to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Educate team members on product features, benefits, formulations, and unique selling points to enhance product positioning.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through regular research and analysis of market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product knowledge across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and evaluation metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in product training, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to simplify complex product knowledge into clear and concise content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-site trainings as required.
