Job Description

The Product Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging product training sessions to various stakeholders. This role involves educating internal teams on product features, benefits, formulations, and unique selling points (USPs) to enhance product positioning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi being a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or a related field is required, along with 1–3 years of experience in product training. The ability to simplify technical product knowledge into engaging content and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, formulations, and USP to improve product positioning.
  • Conduct training workshops, webinars, and on-site demonstrations.
  • Create product training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and FAQs.
  • Regularly update training content in line with new product launches and market trends.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Act as a product expert to support sales conversions and resolve queries.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetology, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in product training, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to simplify technical product knowledge into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site trainings as required.
