Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams effectively.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans accurately.
  • Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers systematically.
  • Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams strategically.
  • Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking diligently.
  • Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables consistently.
  • Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders clearly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Manager, or related role with proven track records.
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering with a focus on innovation.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex engineering programs at scale successfully.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies with practical application.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with influence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
