Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of high-impact initiatives across multiple technical teams. This is a customer-facing and internally strategic role that requires driving alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Delivery: Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment, partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption, coordinate with Support & Compliance to ensure secure and compliant delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations, alignment, and communication plans.
  • Program Discipline: Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.
  • Execution Excellence: Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.
  • Risk & Compliance: Oversee approved actions and workarounds to mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security, PII protection, and audit requirements.
  • Global Collaboration: Work effectively with offshore teams, global stakeholders, and across time zones.
  • Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and metrics for project success; streamline processes and automate wherever possible.
  • Candidate Qualifications: 7–10 years of program management experience, with a strong technical background (engineering, architecture, or development), familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and ability to engage deeply with Product Managers and Engineers on technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated success working with offshore and global teams in distributed setups.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience defining and tracking program KPIs and metrics.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability.
