Job Title: Director

Career Overview

We are seeking a strategic technical leader to join our organization and shape our innovation-driven approach. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction-setting for story, epic, or feature initiatives.

You will lead the technical direction and provide guidance to the architecture team across the technology lifecycle. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating impact analysis, identifying service impacts, and aligning application roadmaps to our technology strategy and architectural principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the architecture team.
  • Create and maintain Target State Architecture for each capability within the domain.
  • Align application roadmap to our technology strategy and architectural principles.
  • Establish current state and target state architecture positions for the domain.
  • Perform architecture optimization, scaled modeling, walkthroughs, and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in the Technology industry.
  • Integration experience, API architecture, Kafka, and Event Streaming expertise.
  • Business Architecture and domain modeling skills.
  • BIAN knowledge beneficial.
  • Alignment to technology strategy, architecture principles, and target state architectures.
  • Working with delivery teams to ensure alignment of technology choices and engineering frameworks.
