Business Development Manager - LNG

 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while understanding natural gas market fundamentals.

This position will identify, originate and negotiate LNG project sales transactions. The manager will create maximum and sustainable long-term value across LNG marketing activities and support the continuous development of the LNG project sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Analyze regional and customer specific LNG demand and supply markets.
  • Customer Profiling: Develop key customer profiles and briefings.
  • Pricing Strategy: Understand LNG pricing and offer viable solutions to customers.
  • BOO or BOT Solutions: Recommend BOO or BOT solutions to customers with long term contracts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or business related field, MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years experience in natural gas industry, in related commercial, origination, business development, and marketing positions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Originating, structuring, negotiating and executing LNG project sales.
  • Developing LNG marketing strategy and business cases.
  • Leading LNG marketing activities in project developments.

  • Senior energy professional with strong leadership and integrity.
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
