About the Job

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to utilize your creative thinking skills to craft innovative designs based on client conversations. Effective communication with clients is crucial to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly.

To excel in this role, you must maintain a deep understanding of interior design trends and landscapes to provide exceptional value to clients.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
  • Ensuring customer experience during project execution.
  • Leading quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • Owning end-to-end project lifecycle management.


Required Expertise:

  • A degree in interior design or a related field with 15 years of academic education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer.
  • Successful leadership and delivery of 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), and civil works & services (specifications & installation details).
  • Ability to create BoQ for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural attributes: result-oriented, team player, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
