Job Title: Space Planner

As a Space Planner, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke spaces that meet the unique needs of our clients. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills to understand client aspirations and adjust your approach accordingly.


  • Owning the sales process and driving successful project closures.
  • Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout projects.
  • Leading and owning the quality and accuracy of spatial design deliverables.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 15 years of academic education (graduation or relevant diploma).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Space Planner.

• Successfully led and delivered 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects.

• Proficient in spatial design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD.

• Holds expertise in conceptual space planning (layout, style, moodboard), technical space planning (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular space planning (material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning), and civil works & services (specifications and installation details).

• Experienced in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for clients and coordinating with internal and external agencies.

• Skilled in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, leading and driving design meetings with clients.

• Possesses behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, team player, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication.

• Willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
