Interior Space Planner

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Space Planner to conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and function, with the ability to translate client needs and visions into stunning, functional spaces.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet with clients to determine design needs, budget, and project goals
  2. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
  3. Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and specifications using CAD or design software
  4. Source materials, furnishings, and decor within budget and in line with the project vision
  5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation
  6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  7. Conduct site visits to oversee installations and resolve any on-site challenges
  8. Stay current on industry trends, materials, and innovations
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability practices
