Job Overview

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs of clients. This role requires excellent creative thinking skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • To own the sales process and drive successful closures.
  • To deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout each project.
  • To lead and oversee quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of success.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 2-4 residential modular KWS projects.
  • Proficient in design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning).
  • Strong understanding of civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.
  • Ability to create bill of quantities for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Effective sales skills, including logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among team members.
