Creative Space Planner

Are you a skilled designer seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for an Interior Designer to play a key role in creating innovative and functional designs that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging design concepts that meet client needs and preferences
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on interior design trends and best practices
- Develop and drive sales through effective communication and presentation skills
- Own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Regularly visit project sites to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes
- Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer
- Proven track record of leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects (2-4)
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, including AutoCAD, PPT presentation, and other software
- Strong expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works, and services
- Ability to create BoQs for customers, coordinate with internal and external agencies, and drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches
- Possess behavioral attributes such as result orientation, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn and drive performance among team members
