We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of the US IT Contingent Staffing landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, proven ability to generate new business, and hunter mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
- Generate leads through cold calling email campaigns networking leveraging existing relationships.
- Build maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers Procurement Managers HR executives.
- Understand client requirements work recruitment team deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
- Negotiate close contracts ensuring favorable terms client company.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline report weekly monthly progress leadership.
- Collaborate delivery recruiting team ensure timely quality candidate submissions.
- Stay updated market trends client needs competitor strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience Business Development / Sales US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
- Demonstrated success acquiring new clients meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong existing network clients prospects industry contacts US.
- Deep understanding US staffing hiring lifecycle VMS/MSP processes vendor engagement.
- Excellent communication negotiation presentation skills.
- Self-motivated strong sense urgency hunter mentality.
