Business Development Manager - US IT Staffing Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep knowledge of the US IT Contingent Staffing landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, proven ability to generate new business, and hunter mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target develop new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • Generate leads through cold calling email campaigns networking leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers Procurement Managers HR executives.
  • Understand client requirements work recruitment team deliver qualified IT contingent resources.
  • Negotiate close contracts ensuring favorable terms client company.
  • Maintain healthy sales pipeline report weekly monthly progress leadership.
  • Collaborate delivery recruiting team ensure timely quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay updated market trends client needs competitor strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience Business Development / Sales US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus).
  • Demonstrated success acquiring new clients meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong existing network clients prospects industry contacts US.
  • Deep understanding US staffing hiring lifecycle VMS/MSP processes vendor engagement.
  • Excellent communication negotiation presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated strong sense urgency hunter mentality.
