Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive, trusting relationships with students, offering guidance and support to help them excel academically and personally.
- Organize and lead student activities, clubs, and programs that encourage both academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors to address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary interventions.
- Monitor student academic progress, identify challenges, and provide necessary interventions to improve learning outcomes.
- Conduct continuous assessments and evaluations to track student understanding of the curriculum.
- Work closely with teachers and counselors to develop customized academic plans for students requiring additional support.
