Support Student Success

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage student data, provide timely assistance, and maintain accurate records.

  • As the first point of contact for newly enrolled students, you will help them navigate campus resources, policies, and academic expectations.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating student records in our system, including enrolment status, grades, and personal information.
  • Semester-wise student fee collection and issuing receipts according to institutional guidelines will also be part of your role.
  • Assistance to students via email, phone, and chat will be provided in line with defined service level agreements.
  • Communicating important information such as future semester payment deadlines, policy updates, and key events through various channels is crucial.
  • Educating students on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes and deadlines is essential.
  • Resolving non-technical issues during course registration and enrolment-related errors is another key aspect of this role.
  • Sharing updates about alumni events, guest lectures, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and learning is vital.
  • Generating customized reports and compiling data for internal use or regulatory compliance will also be required.

We are looking for a strong communicator with a student-first mindset who is proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with data. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in student support, operations, or a customer-facing role, and be familiar with online education platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and helpdesk software.
