About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with students and parents to explain our IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses, helping them navigate their academic options.
  • Guide learners in selecting the right batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals, fostering a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
  • Ensure smooth enrollments by managing walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation, equipping students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Spearhead lead generation, conversions, and student retention efforts at Vidyapeeth centers, driving growth and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate student records and counseling progress via internal systems, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
What We're Looking For:
  • Exceptional communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages.
  • A genuine passion for education and empathy toward students and parents.
  • Self-motivation, target-orientation, and comfort in a fast-paced offline environment.
  • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education are also welcome.
