As a senior-level digital professional, we are seeking an experienced Manager Digital to spearhead our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic across various platforms.

This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge social media strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and drive online engagement.
  • Curate and create compelling content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn, to captivate audiences and foster brand loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic partnerships and amplify our brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to social media.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
