Billing Executive/Cashier Role

Optimize customer experience and financial performance with a cash handling expert.

  • Utilize enterprise resource planning systems to identify outstanding accounts, generate invoices specific to customers, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital channels, reconcile payments with invoices, and manage petty cash effectively.
  • IDentify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing, update receivables for customers, and address their queries efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

Critical Tasks:
  • Generate sales orders based on customer requirements.
  • Reconcile all payments received at the end of each day.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Accounts team.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commerce (B. Com).
  • Familiarity with accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Rigorous written and verbal skill set.

  • Proven track record as a Billing Executive at a large retail establishment.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
