Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to take on the role of Finance Controller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring effective cost management, and fostering strategic growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled finance expert with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, particularly in jewellery or export-oriented industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies
  • Analyze and optimize budgeting, profitability, and cost efficiencies
  • Maintain accurate cash flow forecasting and manage working capital requirements
  • Oversee payables, receivables, GST, TDS, duty drawbacks, and refunds
  • Supervise inventory costing for diamonds and gold
  • Minimize waste and ensure precise production costing
  • Design and develop financial models and documents for debt/equity fundraising
  • Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and private lenders
  • Manage investor/lender relationships and credit lines
  • Ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, ROC, and IT returns
  • Coordinate audits and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Lead the accounts team and ensure accurate reconciliations
  • Establish and implement internal audit checks and financial controls
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • CA (preferred) or MBA in Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/export sectors
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial modeling
  • Experience handling fundraising or bank relations is essential
