Key Financial Management Position

We are seeking a skilled financial management professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cash Flow Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Finance Projects and Bookings: Coordinate and execute finance-related projects, including project setup, tracking, and closing.
  • Financial Data Consolidation: Consolidate financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify and Approve Account Payables: Verify and approve account payables, ensuring timely payment and minimizing errors.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Incentive Programs: Design and implement incentives programs to motivate employees and drive business results.
  • MIS: Maintain and improve management information systems, providing timely and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate governance guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Inter CA (2 to 4 years' experience): Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, with 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
