**Job Summary:**

Apna Mart is seeking a Revenue Enhancement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

The Revenue Enhancement Manager will be responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to recommend and execute strategic initiatives that improve sales performance and enhance customer acquisition. A strong understanding of sales processes, sales forecasting, and sales planning is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies that align with company goals and drive sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to set sales goals, forecast revenue, and create actionable sales plans.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 4-7 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
